Cenergist has announced that it has been appointed to Lot 6 of the Camden Property Services Framework, commissioned to replace and provide major upgrades to Heating and Water Management Systems.

Operating between 2021 and 2025, the four-year construction works framework is split across seven lots, covering new building work, upgrades and repairs. Contractors will carry out construction and property work across the borough, with a total framework value of over £600m.

Cenergist has a strong track record of designing and delivering high quality, efficient engineering solutions for communal and district heating systems with resident experience at the forefront of its approach. The organisation is committed to investing in the local community and protecting the local environment in line with Camden’s priorities to find partners who could help them achieve their Camden 2025 aims for a better Borough. The Framework is now underway with initial works on the Heating and Hot water lot imminent.
